Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions outline the general requirements applicable to organisations and professionals seeking or holding approval under BSECA accreditation frameworks.
2. Nature of Approval
BSECA approval:
• Is granted based on defined evaluation and governance criteria
• Applies only to the approved scope
• Does not constitute official ISO certification
• Does not imply government recognition or statutory authority
Approval is discretionary and subject to ongoing review.
3. Responsibilities of Approved Parties
Approved parties are responsible for:
• Maintaining standards consistent with the approved scope
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Complying with BSECA policies, guidelines, and governance requirements
• Using BSECA approval references accurately and responsibly
4. Duration and Review
Approval is granted for a defined period and is subject to:
• Periodic review
• Monitoring of compliance
• Re-evaluation where required
BSECA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw approval.
5. Suspension and Withdrawal
BSECA may suspend or withdraw approval if:
• Approval is misrepresented
• Policies or conditions are breached
• Required standards are no longer met
• Corrective actions are not implemented
Decisions relating to approval status are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
BSECA is not responsible for:
• Training delivery
• Assessment or examination outcomes
• Certification issued by third parties
• Any claims made by approved organisations or professionals
All activities are undertaken at the approved party’s own responsibility.
7. Amendments
BSECA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of BSECA approval constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
